Doing the Grier DSX line as fast as I can while maintaining somewhat clean playing. It's very hard to angle the pick like grier does especially with my dart thrower angle and gliding fingers anchor.

Not sure whether to use more arm motion or to keep it mostly wrist. I notice I start getting more tense as I do this faster and start using more arm/elbow motion when I go faster.

As I get up to a higher speed in this exercise, my wrist stiffens and I use my whole arm to make the motion. More elbow/shoulder movement than wrist like I do at slower speeds
