First TC - Pls help identify motion: "Doing a drunken 25 in a 55 zone"

Description

Hi - please help me identify my motion. This is me playing at current top speed (I know it's a mess) and I'm struggling to identify what to work on. I have some synchronization issues with my fret hand but I feel like my right hand is preventing progress. My guitar background is I have been a finger picker / classical & folk player for many years... just started using a pick about a year and a half ago and learning rock / metal. Thanks!

I can play this smoother and a little faster when sitting in a comfortable spot but this is best I could do standing and "for the camera". Sorry for wack angle - best I could figure out
