I've spent the past 5 months building up theory, fret awareness, but not sure I've improved speed. Am I still mixed escape / double escape?

Hi - please help me identify my motion. This is me playing at current top speed (I know it's a mess) and I'm struggling to identify what to work on. I have some synchronization issues with my fret hand but I feel like my right hand is preventing progress. My guitar background is I have been a finger picker / classical & folk player for many years... just started using a pick about a year and a half ago and learning rock / metal. Thanks!
