Returns and Refunds Policy

We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with anything you buy from us. Here are some details you should know about how we handle refunds:

Downloads

We issue refunds on download products within 30 days of purchase.

Ours is a “one question asked” (as opposed to “no questions asked”) refund policy. We take it seriously when anyone’s not satisfied with our products, and want to make sure we do everything we can to address any issues.

To that end: if you have a problem with your purchase, please let us know what’s wrong, so we can do our best to make it right.

Refunds will be made to your credit/debit card or PayPal account — whichever method you used for your purchase — and should show up within a few days of requesting.

If you’re having any trouble accessing or downloading our products, and can’t find the answer here, please let us know and we’ll try to help.

Subscriptions

We do not typically provide refunds for subscription periods you’ve already paid for, but you can easily cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees.

Physical Products

We can’t offer refunds or returns for physical products — though if you receive a defective product, or the wrong item altogether, we’ll make sure to get that fixed!
