Description
A "trick" I use to determine in real time whether I am doing wrist or elbow motion.
Note that I am slightly oversimplifying: when I say "wrist" I mean "mostly wrist", and when I say "elbow" there might still be some additional wrist motion on top of it. We are not robots :-)
