Flexed Form Forearm/Wrist motion 190BPM
Max speed - started feeling tension located in the under-side of the forearm (the side if you turn your palms up toward the ceiling). Couldn't do this speed cleanly or for long

Flexed Form Forearm/Wrist motion 180BPM
Began feeling tension with this form - was hard to keep up with the metronome but it was doable

RTD Pickless Strumming
Pickless strumming attempt - felt some tension in the radius area of my forearm, and my bicep was also engaged. Was getting fatigued after a short time! I'm estimating this was between 160 - 170 bpm.

RTD USX Tremolo roughly 150bpm
Attempting USX Tremolo using RTD motion. Still pretty new and unfamiliar. Definitely felt fatigued near the end.

Mike Stern Blues First lick RTD USX attempt roughly 120bpm
USX is relatively new to me. The tremolo motion feels increasingly more comfortable as I do it. However, this small segment of Mike's Blues First lick was the quick portion that I wanted to try. Hand synchronization isn't quite there but I can feel the speed.

DSX RTD Tremolo roughly 150bpm
Not sure if I'm pronating here (and if I am, if it's OK). Tremolo attempt RTD DSX roughly 150bpm. Trailed off due to fatigue near the end

RTD Tremolo
Short video at my attempt of the RTD motion to show my shoulder and arm position - this is where I experience muscle fatigue as I hold my arm up with my right shoulder to get my picking hand to the bridge
