Flexed Form Forearm/Wrist Technique

Description

While attempting to learn RTD, I discovered a forearm/wrist motion that made sense to me. I began learning it by anchoring on the bridge but that felt uncomfortable over time. The flexed form makes a lot more sense to me and is much more comfortable. I feel tension at higher speeds (around 180 BPM), particularly in the underside of my forearm (the same side as if you turn your palm up to the ceiling). This is tension that I've felt for both the flexed form and the bridge-anchor. I'd be interested to know if I'm doing something wrong and how I can resolve this to access faster tremolo speed eventually. Additionally the attack of the pick doesn't seem to be consistent. I feel like it's more defined on one pick stroke vs another (can't really tell which right now) and I'd be interested to know how I can improve my pick attack for more consistency. Overall it feels very smooth and the anchoring is comfortable. I'm hoping someone can help me tweak my technique to refine it even more!
