RTD Questions

Description

Attempting RTD motion - Not entirely sure what I should be expecting from myself here but I do have questions: The motion and placement makes a lot of sense to me and was smoother than I thought. My right shoulder and deltoid get fatigued quickly as it holds my arm up to get my picking hand to the bridge. Is this normal? Normally my picking hand is closer to the neck of the guitar rather than the bridge which is more comfortable. (Started off learning DSX and DBX with pronated arm) Is it possible (or equally efficient) to learn this wrist technique without placing your hand at the bridge but closer to the neck? Max tremolo speed for DSX and USX trem is (roughly) 150bpm. DSX and DBX are naturally more comfortable compared to USX but USX has smoothness that I haven't experienced before despite it being new and more unfamiliar. It looks like I pronate a little bit (not sure though) when I'm DSX. Ideally I'd like to become more comfortable with each variation of RTD motion as I see a lot of potential with it, but with shoulder fatigue from holding my arm up to make contact with the bridge as well as overall newness to the technique, some advice on how to clean up the motion, arm position, or efficiency would be helpful!
