2NPS Assessment

I'm not sure why but I'm having difficulty getting the site to upload a 30 or so second clip I shot w/the magnet... so I thought I'd just post a dropbox link so you can see it there in the meantime: So I've tried to speed up my pentatonic 2NPS lines and I'm *trying* to play faster than I can so I can start to sync up the hands and get used to a motion that is faster than I would comfortably play and try to clean it up. I was hoping to get some feedback as it's a sloppy mess.. I wanted to know if it's because I've fallen back into string hopping or some other bad technique - or if the issue was two hand sync and if there were any tips on that, if so. I played a quick little 3nps phase on one sting at the beginning as it tends to get my hand feeling like it's in the right zone.
