First TC showing picking mechanics

Description

I can make my right hand go very fast when left is not moving, but as soon as left hand is involved, it feels like a governor is put on my right hand and sync goes out the window. The more I practice getting in sync, it seems to get worse. I posted a question if this is normal to get worse before getting better, or should I just start from scratch and slow way down until the right and left don't fight with each other? Thanks!!

Redo trying to keep the pick attack flatter. I can see that my thumb bends as soon as I try to go fast. I have to force it to not do that.

Back to clean tone. Better light. Still with regular pick. Jazz III coming tomorrow.

Changed to jazz iii pick per Tommo's suggestion. It has definitely cleaned up my "getting stuck" on the strings. I like the feel of this much better. Hand sync still sucks. I did clean and gain tones as requested. I can do this again if needed - my hands get stage fright as soon as I press record. I played this much cleaner without the camera (still way too sloppy for my desire though).

I combined both requests into the same video - if you need them separately let me know and I'll redo them. It starts with the slow synced and speeds up to trem speed. Then multi-pick notes.
