Trying to figure out what type of picker I am

Hello, This video is of me doing a simple chromatic "spider" exercise. This looks like a double escape motion but I'm not sure if it's that or string hopping. And I'm not sure what next steps would be after diagnosing the picking type. Thank you

Chromatic Exercise

This is a chromatic exercise just using fingers 1,2,3,4 on a string before moving to the next string. Once at the end, move over a fret and switch to go the other way. Note: I'm left handed so that might throw people off. I could probably pick faster but my fretting hand can't keep up at the moment. It looks like a double escape motion but I'm not sure if its that or string hopping.
