Recently gained some speed I feel that the tremolo and alternate picking technique is the hardest for me sweeping is not too bad, cross picking seems hard For both alternate and cross I feel like I can't play faster Recently watched the MAB videos and using the gypsy technique more vertical seems to help for cross picking not so sure for alternate I try to demonstrate using both here on a few patterns Thank you

I think I'm still exploring several options here just recently tried to turn my wrist after watching MAB videos seems to help get a bit faster but before that I mostly practiced with a more vertical approach, I try to demonstrate both here. I have issues getting faster than what's on the video (even though I made good progress recently) cross picking seems very hard to do I think maybe I'm wasting too much time on upward motion. I did not include any sweeping here but that's something that's not too hard for me , tremolo is on another hand much more difficult so it seems I have more problems with the classic alternate picking technique and cross picking. Thank you

still waiting on feedback for the first tremolo video I realized I was using my forearm a lot and got tired quick so I tried to use only my wrist instead and here is a short clip of that, also trying to use more pick as you suggested
