My first Technique Critique

A few days ago I made a post on the forum: https://forum.troygrady.com/t/i-dont-know-what-to-practice/85612 The shorter version: I can do elbow motion tremolo picking (a DSX I think) at resonable speeds and I don't know what to practice next. Troy suggested I record myself playing a lick from the Volcano Seminar: https://troygrady.com/seminars/volcano/clips/single-string-six-note-pattern/ But there's no way I can play it in full speed. I didn't quite know what to record, as my left hand is much slower than my right one, and I finally recorded the 3 following videos: - I tried to record me just picking the e string (and the low E string for some comparison) at the 130 bpm 16th note triplets tempo, and I basically did that, just with the metronome set to 195 bpm 16th notes – the equivalent tempo. At some point I just wasn't able to pick consistent triplets at a certain speed. Maybe sextuplets could work better, but I still couldn't do it. - I tried to play the lick at the highest comfortable speed for both hands – it happened to be a very low 66 bpm 16th note triplets. – I tried a little bit faster – at 74 bpm – and it sometimes was better before the recording, it still was tough. So it seems I have to work at hands coordination, but that's the question to whoever's gonna read an watch this – what do I practice to level up my technique? Also, please tell me if I should record something else or try and record something better.
