Mixed Escape Learning

All right - hopefully I can learn this a bit better; I am having a tough time understanding exactly what I am supposed to do to learn mixed escape/DBX. I am a bit concerned that my current setup is not useful for this and as such I will try to take steps to hopefully eliminate the things that I do that are contributing to lack of success. I uploaded 1 video, basically a right hand only attempt at ascending 5's in a 3nps context. I know what the steps are and I will begin that process now; 1) Start with speed. Once I am comfortable mentally with the note pattern I will start at 200 BPM and work my way down to a tempo that works and I will see what that is. If I can attain a semi recogniseable 152, I will upload that and see what the comments are. 2) I will try and study the dbx/mixed escape videos to see if I can glean anything by comparing it to the pile of dog@#!$ that my attempt at playing this currently is. 3) I will not change anything in my setup just yet until we have a bit more information. 4) I will try to devise a better magnet solution than what I have currently, and I will also see what I can do to double the framerate. Starting over... Sadly, this is only at 60 FPS, and the closest to a "magnet angle as I could muster. One example of many picking difficulties, this sequence has 3 issues in one. I just put this together so this is my top speed at the moment just before it falls apart completely. It's a good representation of any phrase that has these sorts of difficulty in them as far as approximate starting tempo, position, etc goes. I have no clue what I am supposed to be making my right hand do, so I am simply opting for "trying to hit the strings" if that makes sense. There is a useful musical application to this, but I decided to remove the left hand from this in order to try to decrease the variables. Filmed on an Iphone XS, Edited in Finalcut. I will try to learn more to see if I can further improve the fidelity. Hopefully this can provide something of use. I will do a much faster and sloppier version tomorrow once I have had a chance to get a bit more comfortable with the note groupings. I tried to get this to kind of the same level that my Tumeni Notes was at; this is faster actually because straight 16ths. but that doesn't matter - the error happens prominently starting at 152 until about 152. 144 there's a "hint" of it meaning that sometimes I get it clean, sometimes I don't. I tried to do this also with a flat, almost supinated picking hand but as I messed around I may have inadvertently developed a USX thing... That's a tale for another day. Anyways, I will include this with my technique critique, hopefully it paints a better picture. I am aware of the swipe/thwap; I just don't know what to do to not do that at tempo if that makes sense.
