150 bpm 4NPS trial, picking near neck
Hello - in addition to the most recent video where i demonstrated where my picking hand is most comfortable and asked for motion identification, heres another trial of 4NPS 16th at 150 bpm.

Mohamed picking near the neck
Hello!! So i have been experiencing with my right hand positioning. If you see all my previous videos, i have been putting my right hand on the bridge to try and go for the RDT position as showed in the pickslanting primer instructional video. This puts immediate strain on my right shoulder and upper arm. I have been continuing to use it figured maybe it just needs some time to kick in. I usually play with guitar in my right leg, but using this anchoring method, the only way to play without significant strain is to position the guitar on my left leg, but this throws off my left hand access to the neck. In this video , i demonstrated the most natural way for me to play, to pick near the neck (between the neck and middle pickup on a strat) while anchoring my little finger. I have zero strain playing this way, i can hit the lower strings better, i can track my arm better, but I don't know how efficient this motion and position is. I’m picking 4NPS to 120 bpm here (might have missed a note or two when looking at slow motion but cant hit this with the anchor method comfortably) , and i demonstrate the position in comfortable with vs the one that gives me strain. Is this a sustainable way to play? If not, how can i make myself more comfortable with the bridge anchor method. If the answer is yes, is the motion efficient? If so, what kind of motion is it so i can focus on its CTC content to improve it. Thanks in advance!!!

Mohamed slow motion
Playing at my ceiling tempo (sloppy i know but included first take for honest feedback) this seems to be an issue for me (left hand and right hand go off when trying to go fast, either right hand gets stuck somewhere or left hand goes in the wrong place, often garage spikes)

Mohamed front view
Playing random notes front view , letting my subconscious drive my fretting hand and picking hand, looks to be wrist motion on fast playing and some fingers involved when playing slow? Need advice on fretting hand position + picking hand baseline motion (more difficult to reach lower strings when anchoring right hand at 2 points)
