I noticed if I completely let my hand “float” I seem to be able to tremolo faster without tension in my upper forearm but it feels harder to control or change dynamics.

I REALLY dislike filming these, not sure why but I think it’s my science brain saying it’s really not representative of guitar picking because there’s no string resistance - either way…
