My fastest Alt Picking motion - Stringhopping or Wrist Crosspicking?

Description

This is my oldest and most ingrained alternative picking motion. I thought it's crosspicking with the wrist but I'm afraid it might be just stringhopping as I can't go above certain speeds that are a breeze with economy picking. I don't use it much these days as I learned to rely on USX and legato in combination with economy picking and sweeping. I'd like to correct it or change it if necessary so I'd have an effective alt picking motion (also because besides rock and some metal etc I'd love to be better at fiddle tunes, bluegrass, irish/celtic tunes (I play a little mandolin too)).

Also upon watching the slow motion footage I was surprised that some of them (or should I say most of them) are rather sloppy. I'd consider re-recording the tests but I'm too tired for tonight, so it is what it is. I'm looking forward to the feedback.
