Stuck with slow speed and tension 2NPS

Hello, I worked on improving picking speed earlier this year with some success but I’m still stuck when it comes to 2NPS. I develop tension and what feels like string hopping with garage spikes and can’t seem to shake it. The speed is quite slow. Would appreciate any advice. Thx

Stuck with inconsistency and tension

Hi, I've always been a bad stringhopper with a limit in the 120-130 range. I did the motion tests and they all came out in the 200+ range, but I'm having a hard time developing a reliable, consistent picking technique without a lot of tension. Video attached--any suggestions would be much appreciated! The buzzing on the high E string is my iPhone touching the string from the Magnet.
