Not sure if I am achieving double escape dart motion Troy. My wrist is moving now with less elbow input. The picking is ragged while trying to go faster.

I have been toying with the Ed fan picking technique but my elbow is still hard to disengage while trying to get the wrist rotating. Any advice on smoothing it out? It is a fun movement to work on but still ragged and hard to keep going. Thanks.

That is not as easy as you might think to keep only your wrist carrying out the movement Sorry about my kid and cat in the back ground!

3 note patterns on high E string and then across B,G,D,A,E,A, etc…
