Here I am doing the 4/4 drills you asked me to try doing using elbow motion. Wrist motion continues to elude me. I'll make that brushing the strings with my fingers video and left handed attempt video soon. I just posted this so that my technique critique wouldn't expire.

Here it is. This is as fast as I can do this motion. I tried doing it harder, lighter, with more/less motion, etc. but this is probably the fastest that I can do this motion.

I knock first, then I do the wrist motion test. This is at 170bpm. I call 180bpm my top for this motion. My goal on guitar is 150bpm, maybe 160pm if I'm dreaming big.
