Here’s an example of some single string picking and some cross string picking. I’m stuck at around 100-110 with wrist focused picking. I’m able to hit around 160-170 using the elbow, but my pick slant tends to turn to parallel picking and a teacher told me that that style can lead to developing tendinitis issues down the line. I’m also struggling with a bounce that I don’t know how to get rid of.
