I NEED HELP!

This is my first TC and I can already see I need major help. I've been playing for over thirty years and it looks like I've developed some bad habits: from holding the pick, to not playing clean, and getting caught in between strings. I can also see that I'm sort of string hopping all over the place. Please help me! Like Ben Eller says, I want to become a "Shredi" knight!
