Need helping discovering this picking motion.

This is a very old video of me when I had a fast picking motion and tremolo. I took a hiatus and I completely can do it anymore. I lost it. Don’t even know how to start to do it again or get it back so hopefully identifying it can help me get there. I’ve tried so many picking techniques from pickslanting primer and nothings working. Please help! I have zero picking speed now for tremolo and speedpicking. Feel embarrassed lol
